The Pious Union of the Transit of San Giuseppe,

✔ contributing financially to the realization of concrete good projects: scholarships; a cot, bread and a book; children consecrated to Saint Joseph;

✔ and in a thousand other ways than your good heart

will suggest to you.

The Institute is a legal entity and can therefore receive donations and bequests (RR.DD.2.7.1931 and 11.1.1932).

To avoid possible disputes we recommend:

✔ for wills: in the case of Legacies, the following formula can be used: "I... leave to the Italian Province of the Congregation of the Servants of Charity, Opera Don Guanella, for the Pious Union of the Transit of St. Joseph, as a Legacy, the sum of Euros... or the property located in... (or) the properties located in...” (place, date and legible signature). If you want to nominate the Pious Union as universal heir, write: "I... canceling all my previous provisions, nominate the Italian Province as my universal heir

of the Congregation of the Servants of Charity, Opera Don Guanella, for the Pious Union of the Transit of San Giuseppe" (place, date and legible signature in full).
