It is true what you often say, that is, that Saint Joseph sometimes delays in granting our requests, but He never leaves us empty-handed. I prayed for a long time with the Holy Mantle for my son to get a job and the grace came a few months ago. 

I have never stopped trusting in the help of dear Saint Joseph to whose protection I have entrusted all the members of my family.

As a sign of gratitude I send a small offering to support your charitable works and I assure you of my daily prayers for the good you do.

Dear and kind Mrs Caterina, 

the first feeling is of gratitude for his prayer company with which he follows our task of being sowers of hope along the path of our earthly life. Divine goodness, through the hands of Saint Joseph, fills our time as if it were a laboratory in which we help the Holy Spirit to sculpt in our soul, in an indelible way, the smiling face of Jesus on our human affairs.

Pope Francis said that «sometimes we have asked and not obtained. Jesus teaches us not to give up. Prayer always transforms reality, always. If things around us don't change, at least we change, our hearts change. Jesus promised the gift of the Holy Spirit to every man and woman who prays." 

I assure you that every day we pray for our associates to fill the many solitudes with the strength of the Spirit and illuminate the many faces of desperation with trust.

Solidarity participation to the mission of charity

Dearest Don Mario,

I sent her an offer with the desire to help others in need and also to get used to swimming against the current in a world where we often believe we are omnipotent. We are often influenced and conditioned more and more by this prevailing materialism, forgetting the needs of others. 

By sending my modest contribution to your mission of charity, I have done nothing extraordinary, but the minimum, to demonstrate that I am, with all my limitations, a Christian on the move.

For this I always thank the good Lord and my beloved grandparents, who are already in heaven, and who, in life, educated me in the faith and enrolled me in the Pious Union of the Transit of Saint Joseph. I pray for their souls, but for the entire family of the Pious Union. Thank you, Don Mario, for your kindness and for everything you do in the name of the Gospel.

Dear Eugene,

I have already thanked you for your participation in our mission, but I want to publicly renew the joy of being supported by the prayers of our associates: prayer is the oxygen of the soul. But I also want to thank you for your reference to your dear grandparents who initiated you into a tender relationship with Jesus' earthly father, Saint Joseph. The great Saint Teresa of Avila, who began the reform of Carmel in the name of Saint Joseph, left us this suggestion: in every difficult situation «Turn in some matter to the effective intercession of the Patriarch Saint Joseph; go to him with true faith and you will certainly be answered in your requests."

I take this opportunity to suggest that grandfathers and grandmothers enroll their grandchildren in the "Young friends of Saint Joseph" group. Upon registration we issue a certificate with the children's prayer to Saint Joseph for their parents.

For parents, their children's prayer will be an affectionate caress that will warm their hearts.
