the joys and sufferings of this day, in reparation for sins,

Let us pray for the Church to be docile to action
of the Spirit, shun all discord and division
and long live unity and communion.
Lunity among men is such an impossible event that any miracle, it seems to me, any miracle cannot be compared to such an event. Born far away, far away, you and I were far away; we've been so far away that I don't even know your face. Yet we are one. Saint Paul draws a conclusion: "But you know, you are members one of another!". You who are here, whose face I don't even know because you were born far away and I have never seen you and I can't see you even now, you are a member of me and I am a member of your body. Between you and me there is a unity, there is a unity that anyone who saw it would say: "But how can they be like this?".

Let us pray that those who in various parts of the world risk their lives for the Gospel will spread

missionary drive.

We pray that those who live in need and marginalization receive the necessary help
from brothers and sisters, children of the same Father.
AEven recently, unfortunately the innocent blood of defenseless faithful has been cruelly shed. Dearest brother, just as the heavenly Jerusalem is unique, our martyrology is unique, and your sufferings are also our sufferings, their innocent blood unites us. Strengthened by your testimony, let us work to oppose violence by preaching and sowing goodness, making harmony grow and maintaining unity, praying that many sacrifices will open the way to a future of full communion between us and peace for all.

Intention of the Holy Father
We pray for those who suffer from evil
received from members of the ecclesial community:
so that they find an answer in the Church itself
concrete to their pain and suffering.
Intention of the BISHOPS
We pray for those who give of their time and resources
their energies at the service of their loved ones in their work
domestic: so that their service manifests the awareness of serving Jesus in the other, prayer
do not fail to support the assiduous commitment and the mission
to which they are called.
PIt is precisely innocent pain that is the most precious. Christ was the perfect innocent. If he had not been such, he would not have had the strength, power and charisma of redemption that he possessed. He was the Lamb of God, the Victim, and therefore he was able to save the world. Then all this innocent pain comes to us in deep sympathy and great pity. They are the lambs of God; they are perhaps those who still atone for and take away the sins of the world, without knowing it. But the Lord, who knows everything, draws a price from the suffering of the innocent that he would not ask of other hearts and other existences.
