The Church will dedicate the next month of October to two particular events. Pope Francis has in fact announced an extraordinary missionary month entitled Baptized and Sent, in which the Amazon Synod joins. With these two events we want to reawaken the sense of responsibility of each and every one in announcing the Gospel and protecting the Earth and the creatures that live on it. 

In the month of October, for our part, as Guanellians, in the Mother House of Como for several years the "Guanellian Missionary Day" has been celebrated on the first Sunday of October, to continue with the events of the World Missionary Day on the third Sunday, and with the celebration of the Feast of San Luigi Guanella on 24 October and on the surrounding days, dedicated to the Guanellian family: elderly, young, disabled, religious, lay people. Our intention is to extend this reflection and this celebration to the entire Guanellian world. 

In view of next October, Guanellian Missionary Presence is making subsidies available, including the new exhibition in 70x100 format with panels that recall Pope Francis' Evangelii Gadium and the Guanellian Works.
